Life throws curveballs. We can help.
Alex feels invisible. His anxiety has become debilitating and is getting in the way of caring for his family and himself. Panic floods over him without warning, sending him reeling. Even once it subsides, the fear of another attack is always lingering in the back of his mind. The overwhelming anxiety has slowly morphed into a thick cloud of depression. Nobody seems to be able to help. He would do anything to get his life back.
Anna hates going to school. Recently she had to speak in front of her class, and the experience was terrible. Her heart pounded, she couldn’t catch her breath, and it felt like she was going to pass out. She thought she was dying. It was such a disturbing experience that she couldn’t get it out of her mind. Just entering class began to trigger her anxiety. So, she started avoiding everyone and everything that caused these feelings. In the process, she’s become isolated and alone.
Jane knows she deserves more. She tries so hard to be perfect at work, but as a result, she accomplishes less than she’s capable of. She second-guesses every choice like it’s life or death, and decision-making has become impossible. She is paralyzed with fear. There are changes that would make her professional life easier and more rewarding, but she’s not confident enough to ask for them. She’s stuck in a state of perpetual inaction and doesn’t know how to wrestle free.
Sydney has lost her sense of purpose. For the past five years, she’s been home raising her young children, and now she’s ready to return to work. But the confidence she once had has disappeared. She wonders if she still has what it takes to perform at a high level. She feels like an imposter, as though she may be found out at any moment. She’s so focused on getting back up to speed that she’s begun to neglect her family and herself. Finding a balance between home and work seems impossible.
Like these people, you’re tired
of feeling stuck.
Without tools to gain a new perspective,
nothing will change.
It’s gotten to the point where you’re just
about ready to give up. It feels so hopeless.
But there is another way. Therapy and
coaching can help you find a path forward.
Hi, I’m Stacy.
I am here to provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work to calm the destructive behaviors that are keeping you stuck.
We’ll use evidence-based strategies to help you identify the source of your anxiety and perfectionism so that you can start forging a new path forward. We will identify thought patterns that are keeping you stuck and set goals that are manageable.
In time, you’ll learn that your thoughts are actually maintaining your behaviors and that you have much more control over the direction of your life than you thought. Life will start to become clear again.
It would be my honor to walk with you each step of the way on your healing journey, offering support, guidance, and encouragement.
It’s time to start living again. Call now for a free 15-minute consultation, and let’s get started!
Alex: When Alex found me, he was living with his mother, unable to work or leave the house unaccompanied. Little by little, we worked through his fears with exposure to his physical sensations, and slowly, his world widened. He is now living independently, is happily working, and just bought his first home.
Anna: Every day, Anna dreaded going back to high school. Even walking in the halls from class to class was difficult. Through my coaching and therapy sessions with her, we slowly got her back into school. Through exposure sessions on-site and through VR, Anna was able to fully regain her sense of freedom and confidence in school. She has now graduated and is fulfilling her dream of becoming a veterinarian.
Jane: Jane never knew her people-pleasing and perfectionist tendencies were the source of her anxiety at work. She is no longer re-checking her work multiple times and is trusting in herself that she does thorough work. We worked on assertiveness and communication skills, and she no longer gets stuck in a rumination cycle about making a mistake. Her work is now a joy!
Sydney: Sydney did career exploration through various measures and assessments. She also dug deep into finding her “true North” by finding the “why” and purpose behind her work. The confidence she has gained by pushing herself through self-doubt and imposter syndrome has yielded her much more confidence and a very successful work-life balance.
You can do this.
We helped the people above start living a full, purposeful, and joyous life again. And we can help you, too.
Let’s do this together. Your life is waiting.
